In the Philippines, children rescued from online sexual exploitation face deep trauma and uncertainty about their future. This form of human trafficking is one of the fastest-growing in the world, and in many cases, the perpetrators are trusted relatives. Safe, long-term living situations are often difficult to secure, leaving children in desperate need of protection and care.
The Shechem Children’s Home provides a safe and loving environment for up to 12 children at a time. With the support of trained house parents, therapists, social workers, NCM, and local church staff, children receive medical care, trauma counseling, education, and spiritual nurture. The home also works with authorities and families to determine the best long-term placement for each child.
Your support makes it possible to offer safety, healing, and hope—helping children move from trauma toward a future rooted in the compassion of Christ.
