In April 2025, torrential rains swept through Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, causing devastating floods and landslides across more than half of the city’s communities. Homes were damaged or destroyed, belongings were lost, and families were left vulnerable without food, shelter, or basic necessities. Many continue to face the daily risk of disease and hunger as they struggle to rebuild.
Local Nazarene churches in Kinshasa are stepping in with compassion, care, and support. Volunteers are providing food, clothing, medicines, temporary shelter, and other essentials to meet immediate needs. Churches are also providing spiritual support, encouragement, and malaria screenings to protect health and restore hope for those most affected.
Your support makes it possible to care for families who have lost so much. By giving today, you can help provide urgent relief, protect vulnerable families, bring comfort, and restore dignity as the community recovers.
