Hope for a Better Future after Disaster Strikes
Project Information

On August 26, 2026, a landslide along the border of Tibet and Nepal caused significant damage in riverside communities. Families are grieving the loss of loved ones, homes, and livelihoods as they begin the long process of recovery.

Local churches and partners are just beginning to respond by providing food, essential supplies, and shelter to approximately 600 people directly affected by the landslide, and more aid is expected. Their presence and care are helping families meet immediate needs while taking the first steps toward rebuilding.
